Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie


I absolutely LOVE smoothies. I guess when people ask about cravings, smoothies would be the one craving I have had. During my first trimester I found that drinking a fruit smoothie helped to settle my stomach. You will be seeing a few more smoothie recipes in the days and weeks to come, but I wanted to start with this one. It is my most recent obsession. Bananas are great all the time, but the potassium is really important during pregnancy. The peanut butter is also important for the added protein. This smoothie is both low fat and sweet!
